Co-founded by Janice King and Mark Forward, the Hornets have built a championship pedigree in the highly competitive Nova Scotia Division. Our roster is a dynamic mix of U SPORTS and CCAA standouts, deep-rooted veterans, and elite local talent from the Halifax region.

The Hornets are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of women’s sports in the Maritimes. Whether we are battling our cross-town rivals on the court or engaging with the local community, our mission is to deliver high-level basketball and serve as mentors for young female athletes across Nova Scotia.
