Guided by Head Coach Patrick Havard and Co-General Managers Colter Simmonds and Marc Ffrench, Lake City brings a fast-paced, high-intensity brand of basketball to the Nova Scotia Division. Known for setting the pace in the MWBA and boasting dominant regular seasons, our roster features a highly competitive mix of U SPORTS and CCAA standouts, former professional athletes, and elite local talent from across the province.

Beyond the court, the 56ers are deeply rooted in the community. We are passionate about growing the popularity of women’s basketball in the Dartmouth area, providing a professional-level platform for female athletes, and inspiring the next generation of players to reach their full potential.
